Hornchurch Healthcare is pleased to offer an opportunity to meet up with staff and practice members once a week for a walk around Langtons Gardens. All ages and abilities welcome!
We meet at 1pm on Fridays by the red postbox at the end of Langton’s driveway – just opposite Queen’s theatre. One of our team, usually a GP or nurse, will join a group of patients to walk twice around the gardens for fresh air, company and exercise.
