Patient Charter

As a practice we pledge to offer a personal, friendly and professional service to our patients. All our doctors are members of the Royal College of General Practice and we offer up to date, ethical and evidence based medical advice and medical services.

Our care navigation team strive to offer a friendly and helpful service at all times. In terms of access to doctors and nurses appointments we have always superceded national and local targets.

We welcome all patients within our catchment area to register with us as patients. We believe that good health care is a partnership between doctors and patients. We ask all patients to be:

  • Courteous to staff at all times
  • Attend appointments on time or give the practice adequate notice should you wish to cancel – lateness or non-attendance inconveniences other patients and wastes appointment time. Frequent non-attendees of appointments will be asked to register elsewhere.
  • We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy against threatening behaviour, verbal and physical abuse to anyone in the Practice.
