Geraldine is the first point of call for any concerns or complaints you may have.
Deputy Managers
Beth – an integral part of our team. Beth will help you with any queries you may have and is always happy to tackle any issues you have with appointments.
Sean – manages all the non-NHS work such as insurance reports, private medicals and subject access requests. If you need a private form or letter completing, Sean is your first port of call.
Secretarial team: Debbie, Claire and Georgina
Debbie, Claire and Georgina process all our referrals to other services and hospitals. If you have a query about a referral please speak to one of them.
GP Assistant Team: Georgina and Muayuma
Georgina & Muayuma are our GP Assistant team. You may see them for diabetic foot checks, blood pressure checks and ECGs.
Care navigators:
Our team of trained care navigators do all sorts! They are the team you will speak to when you phone the surgery but they do much, much more. They take phone enquiries, review and respond to hundreds of emails every day, they process every letter, report and result that comes in, they manage the hundreds of daily prescription requests and they still keep smiling!
Denise – manages all the long term conditions appointments. If you have a chronic condition such as diabetes or heart disease, Denise will contact you at the right time for your yearly check-up.
Sue – you’ll often see Sue on our front desk. She’s an expert at managing prescription requests
Louise – one of our newer receptionists, Louise manages patient records.
Louisa – an experienced administrator, Louisa manages patient transport
Julie – an experienced care navigator. Tell Julie a little about your problem and she will make sure you are booked in with the professional best matched to manage your concerns.
Jess – a new team member, Jess brings with her a wealth of 111 experience
Claire – a great addition to our practice team having worked for surgeries in Havering previously. Claire can help with your prescription requests
Naimah – an expert in care navigation having previously worked for 111
Susan – a longstanding team member and experienced care navigator, Susan can help you find the right care with the right professional.
Angela – coordinates new Mum and baby checks, children’s immunisations and smear tests – any queries about these and Angela will help you out.
Stella – has worked for GP practices in Havering for many years and will help you get booked into the most appropriate clinician
